We just got our butts kicked by 4 feet of snow in 2 days!  Still haven't any power but coping nicely with a little help from friends.  We are lucky.  At least we didn't get stuck on 84 for 12 hours!  Very sad about the pear tree.  She is a good 65 years old and I hope losing that big limb won't be the end of her.  Anyway, I won't be getting any medals for knitting olympics this year.  Chop wood, carry water.

That is quite a lot of snow.
Here in Austria it looks like spring at the moment.

You have more snow there than we do here on the Canadian prairie. I am covetous. I do love the winter!

Thanks for visiting our blog with your blessings and good wishes. Life is pretty special over here these days.

None the less, we still have to chop wood, carry water as well. And some days it's easier to do this than others. :)

I am still plugging along on my sweater, and I didn't even have a snow storm and wood to carry as an excuse not to finish in time. I'm just SLOW (knitting, anyway!)
