Hi Thora,
I do love Earth Hour. And this year, we're trying to think of a way to incorporate this idea into our life more regularly. Like first Saturday of the month we have an electricity free night.
Have been missing your presence on the net lately. Hope all is well at your end and you're just too busy living your life to blog about. I find it hard to feel guilty about not posting when that's the case over here.
My fav crockpot recipe is one for chicken and noodles, but DH loves the beef stew. I've seen a few cookbooks in the sale bin lately that are all about crockpot recipes and I'm tempted to pick one up and try out some new recipes. Any day now. lol
These days, though, I'm far too tired to cook much as I'm in the beginning stages of growing a new human - about 12.5 weeks, due in October. Just starting to get a bit of energy back as we near the end of the first trimester. Any day now, I expect to jump up and start that nesting thing all the books keep telling me about. :)
